        The training Des offers is amazing, Ive always hated any form of exercise but with Dess help Ive managed to stay focused and enjoy my workouts. Des is incredibly accommodating and flexible as Im a full time working mum so this is so important for me. Des is quite literally helping me change my life for the better!

        I used Body Desire this year and after comtemplating about using a personal trainer for so long I can honestly say it's the best decision I have ever made! Des was very friendly and did workouts to match my needs and I saw results within months as the weight dropped off! The gym was very well equipped and very clean! I couldn't recommend Des highly enough as she has helped me regain my confidence and has introduced me to a whole new world of exercise that is enjoyable!
