Vitality Bay

We used to love Vitality Bay! A few months back we've felt like there was a lot of variance in the food quality so we stopped ordering/eating here for a while. Yesterday we tried to order through JustEat and a few minutes before we were supposed to pick up the order we were informed that none of our items were available. We would've appreciated an earlier heads-up. Today we tried ordering through the Vitality Bay app but somehow the order didn't go through and wasn't confirmed -- we didn't notice so we waited :( Even with the frustrating recent experiences, I have to award this place at least 2 stars. The are a few things on the menu which are always good! The cauliflower wings and the stuffed prathas! (I take this back, see the edit) We'll keep trying! Haven't lost faith in Vitality Bay. I know Vitality Bay can be a 5 stars place! Edit: We've managed to place an order today for 2 prathas and some cauliflower wings. The cauliflower wings never arrived (apparently the JustEat driver forgot to take them). The prathas were almost impossible to eat as they were drenched in oil. Really disappointing!

Their juices and lunch specials are super healthy and super tasty. Very nice staff and a great place to be.
