        Twice phoned with worries around lease held by my recently deceased father on his flat. Both times recorded message directed me to website with no other option and cut me off. Very poor

        Terrible company. Their phone line is tedious and slow and you'll just get told to use the website contact form, which doesn't work. Also, why are we paying these scam-lords ground rent in the first place
