        Not friendly or even trying to do his job. Went to drop off a DHL parcel paid online with label provided. He didnt like the look of it and send me away without even scanning the label. Went to the next dhl shop and they didnt ask question, scanned it , no issue. For a shop who is the main purpose is collection and drop off of parcel. Its really poor knowledge.
