        The worst service ever. Every time you call, they are always busy, they say they will call you back but never do. They cancel appointments at last minute without informing you. They offer new services but if they don't have enough staff. How can they do it. Staff good but lousy management .I am as of now am going to other companies

        Thank you to the lovely lady who replaced a screw for me.I went to another opticians close by and they wouldn't help as the glasses weren't bought there. Specsavers helped and even though I said how much, wouldn't let me pay. Thank you!

        What a terrible experience. Endless waiting times, poor customer service, wrong order placed, no communication to customers at all. We'll never go back to this store

        Had an appt back in October and was told I need to have cataract operation and it will be done privately within a few weeks. It's nearly April 2023 and still waiting! Opted online not to pay for a 10 specific eye check when I made the appt but they did a test which I thought was normal and asked me to pay 10. I refused and then they said ok, does not matter. Don't think they bothered about my cataract after that.
