I'm pleased with my kitchen update by Dream Doors, which looks great, plus I liked and trusted Dimitar, which was important as most of the work was done while I was away. It's worth noting that the showroom isn't always open, so phone to check before you visit, also that the work is likely to be scheduled for a couple of months' time, so plan ahead. My experience of Dream Kitchens North London was not good. I ordered the cabinets at the end of February. At all times I said I needed the cabinets fitted within a month, before the end of March. I was told that was possible and ordered accordingly. I had to chase to get installation dates, to get the correct invoice, and on one installation date they cancelled 2 days before when I followed up to confirm they were coming. The doors were not actually fitted until first week of May. Various excuses were given, supplier delays, the wrong doors being delivered, a broken down van etc etc. Communication was poor. Part of the old kitchen was left even though it was specifically agreed that would be removed, resulting in another visit and disturbing my tenants again. Then after the doors were fitted on Friday, I was chased on Saturday morning before 9am for payment. Not even 24 hours had passed since the work was complete. I was then chased again on Monday for payment and I was asked if I was unable to make payment, insinuating I was in financial difficulty which is pretty offensive when I hadnt even been given one business day to pay. The whole experience was not good. The finished product looks fine but for the delay and customer service I would go elsewhere. Service: Remodeling
