I bought my property for North Finchley Bairstow Eves. A great experience from start to finish. I wanted to highlight the exceptional service received from Hannah Rodriguez. She organised the viewings for us, even at such short notice! She was patient and always found the answer to our questions. She kept us in the loop at every point of our journey! Such a friendly experience received. Chris was also really professional and helpful with any quires we had. A genuine estate agent, with no pushy/ pressure at any point. Keep up the great work!

Last year I decided to taken on the 'challenge' of refurbishing a small residential flat, with the intent of renting the property out upon completion. This is something I had never done before, so 'challenge' was the operative word! Throughout the ups and downs of this process, Ivan at Bairstow Eves demonstrated the patience of a saint. He listened to my woes and provided valuable advice as and when retained appropriate. Once I was ready to rent out the property Ivan worked to identified the right tenant for me. It was not sufficient for Ivan to find just any 'tenant', it was important to him as it was to me to identify the right person(s). Nothing has ever been too much trouble.
