        After completing the online appt request I was offered a phone consultation with the doctor that I asked for. The phone consultation happened but I needed to be seen face-to-face and was offered to see the doctor that same day. I couldnt have wished for a better service from the NHS. People are quick to criticise but the reception team and Dr Newman in my experience couldnt have done more. 5 stars
