The team were continuously available and flexible to the super tight timelines we had and each conversation on phone or via email was quick and gave us the information we needed.
The fitters from Bob's team, Ryam and Sam, are also fabulous. They were punctual, polite and clearly knew their craft well. From unloading, fitting, cleaning and then leaving the property they acted swiftly and with professionalism. All around good eggs.
Everyone knew what they were doing at each point in the process, which shows that you clearly have a good rhythm and run a well oiled machine. I have really appreciated the way this whole matter has been concluded.
