Torrington Park Group Practice

I have been with this practice for 30 years. It was always difficult to get the appointment but it still worked and the doctors were good especially dr. Bezuidenhout who went really the distance to help patients. Unfortunately whats happening now its a total disaster, worse than disaster. It doesnt work at all you cant see a doctor, you have to wait hours to get through by phone and then you are directed to e-consult!! Such a rubbish!!! Im so disappointed. I was told by hospital to contact my Practice Nurse to change dressing on my after operation wound. She sent me to walk in Center where I had to wait for a 3 hours just to have a dressing changed. What are they doing at the GP?! Anyone working. So disappointing and upsetting.

Cannot issue repeat prescriptions accurately or in a timely fashion. Will take no responsibility for this at all! Terrible surgery... Avoid!

Absolutely terrible, receptionist very rude, rung them 8am with very high heart rate and sharp pain in chest, they said wait somebody will call me very soon, they never did few hours later I got text messenge for telephone consultation in a week time. If all of the GPs around the country operates the same way then they have no NI payers left, because they just about to kill all of them

Any time I need to see a Gp for myself or my daughter I get a face to face appointment the same day or the day after! Receptionist, nurses and doctors are always nice and professional.
