Not helpful worst people probably the worst experience with NHS GP I had a Lump on my neck that blocked my airways and prevented breathing. I have completed the patient form + ID / PA as advised and send it to register with this Gp hoping that I can see the see Doctor. I explained my situation and need urgent appointments Receptionist told me I can only make an appointment in 2 weeks. Called back after 2 weeks and only end up being told I was never there to do the registration no record of my name If you dont intend to help people why are you even working for NHS? and if you would have decided to reject my registration why didn't you just tell the truth on that day so then I will find another way to get the help. I was suffering for two weeks I waited and just to be told I was never there. BAD!

Absolute utterly rubbish service. Never respond to phone calls, they do not communicate with the GPs and prescriptions are ALWAYS late. Honestly, it is just a disgrace what they are doing to patients.

This has been my GP for 10 years. Ive always had a fantastic experience with the Doctors on an individual basis. Incredibly kind and patient. The administrative side of this surgery is truly appalling. Some of the nurses at reception are incredibly rude. The new econsult online service offers a horrendous experience for patients. In comparison, sitting on hold for half an hour at 8am is a dream.

constantly getting my prescriptions incorrect, which is such a hazard. I have had the same problem for about 6 months now and its getting ridiculous, wouldn't recommend getting emergency prescriptions here.
