have no experience in plumbing, came in on saturday morning and a young guy listened to me while i described what i needed in non technical terms. he found a solution to my problem. He was not condescending at all to someone not in the field of plumbing, and went a step further to suggest something else i should also get which would help my problem. top customer service!

Purchased some materials here very reasonably priced and staff very attentive to meet market price and not rip customers off.

I visited this branch yesterday and was served by a very helpful and knowledgeable gentleman by the name of Scott. I needed a part for a toilet and whilst there, I also asked him for advice on several plumbing related issues which he was more than happy to help. Not very often these days one encounters professional and helpful members of staff, so credit where it's due. Thank you Scott.

Hi I am a gas engineer from Swale heating & I must say it normally depends who you get serving you at Wolseley to get a good man who knows his job but at Finchley Scott & the boys earn top marks from me never any drama & always very helpful.
