Worst customer service, unbelievable phone brices for January and February, we asked to sent a proper email of breakdown of the bill, the signal is weak that we cannot call in many places in North London and yet nobody does something is just disgusting. Till December 2022 it was an amazing provider but now they have messed up

Nobody EVER answers the phone. Don't get fooled these lot tell you I'll give you a discount and then all you gotta do is call me in 6 months and I will apply the discount again! then you call and call and realised they are scamming ya! awful service I am seeking legal action.

Wow, what an experience at this branch of O2. Very friendly staff. They heard my requirement and went out of their way to customise my plans, consolidate multiple contracts under one account, and got me deal with multiple cashback rewards. Had been to many other mobile stores, including O2 branches, but this one is the best so far in my experience. It just not me, but I saw staff giving enough time to another couple too and structuring the best deal for them too. Went to them the next day when my sim swap didn't work, and they sorted it out immediately. 10 stars to the staff and service here.

Fantastic service from a super warm, knowledgeable, trustworthy man. Highly recommend this store! (can't remember his name, but was from Goulders Green and born in '79 - we had a good old chat about life, was nice) Popped in to get a replacement SIM because I'd lost my phone. He looked at my account and I ended up with a new phone, a new SIM and paying LESS than I was paying previously per month. Usually I'd do a load of research before getting a new handset but trusted him and his advice. Left with the OPPO Reno8 Pro and love it - great phone and a real upgrade from my battered old Samsung S9! Thanks again :)

Would not recommend, not helpful, if you don't know something it's ok to not know rather then sell what you do know.
