How can you book an appointment and the doctor is not even in? Waited for 1 hour in the lobby and the doctor just walked in and she has three appointments before me. If i went to the A&E with the issue i have i would have already been done

They dont respect any one they are very rude even if you have a big problem they are not listing to no one I hope some one will change this because I am tired to try each week to have appointment whit my doctor but no thing .

Rubbish reception and rubbish partners, lack of care for patients, horrible people, horrible manager, the place should be shut down and most local pharmacies agree. Reception arguing with health professional just trying to sort out a dossett box for a sick patient. They need to get life all the staff instead of not helping your community.

I have been with this surgery for over 10 years and I can positively say that its by far the worst GP surgery I know! Front desk serves as a barrier between patient and healthcare staff. E consult works only several hours a day and at the least convenient time. As a person with full time job and restricted access to PC at work I am practically unable to book an appointment. So much for NHS ! P.S. I am healthcare professional and fully aware as to how the system works on the inside!
