Went to see Abby for a dental clean and polish. Kudos to her because did a fantastic job, she was very thorough, and managed to get into all the nooks and crannies; so if you want a good clean shes the go to person. She is very warm and friendly as well, which makes the session a lot easier. Thanks again Abby!

Rachel has been so helpful and very supportive on my visit without appointment. My toothache was terrible. I wasn't sure I can be seen but Rachel saw me crying, she could feel my pain and rushed to talk to Dr Gaunt who also accept to see me. I would like to say thank you for both of them for the amazing work . Well done to Rachel for her high professional attitude. We don't always need treatment to feel better but a mental support and a warm welcome is also very important and that's what Rachel always does. Bravo Rachel.

that front desk service is very impatient and discriminates against NHS patients. In addition, our English is not good. The treatment feels even worse. Its bad, there may be a dentist in Earls Court in front for comparison, the quality of service is simply heaven and earth. The child's teeth were knocked loose, so he asked himself to buy antipyretics and eat ice cream. The front teeth were still shaking for a week. There was no remedy or comfort for the patient. The treatment method was very perfunctory. I hope it can be changed to after school. The time is also directly rejected, and the patient is not considered at all. I hope that the patients who go to see will be lucky enough to be assigned to the attending doctor instead of the intern doctor. Those who want to experience racial discrimination and differential treatment are also welcome to go there. You can experience it there

As a private patient to Mrs Falguni Mehta I am very happy with her service. I got two root canal treatments redone by her at a high standard. I did not want to receive anaesthetic and she was brilliant. It was pain free. My kids have their regular NHS check ups at the practice and they are happy with it. Downside: I had several appointments booked and then I got calls from the dental practice to reschedule them for various reasons. Another downside is the access. When my daughter was a baby I had to carry by hand her buggy. There was no space to leave the buggy at the entrance.
