        Used collectplus for my parcel through eBay, shopkeeper would not release my parcel even though I had tracking number and ID, he even said both looked fine but the parcel machine was not working and he couldnt be bothered to find out why so was he refusing parcel pickups but the other staff member told him that he was letting others pick up their parcel as they have ID and tracking number and thats all thats needed this was deeply annoying! DO NOT USE THIS SHOP AS A COLLECTION POINT. I would give no stars if I could, shopkeeper was so rude and I was so polite.

        Problems with receiving my parcels from royal mail and Hermes. the tracking is saying they have delivered 15 days ago and i went to the shop and they told me I have to wait to get the scan code by text. 5 days after nothing. As a shop is okay. It has some stuff for emergencies.
