First time going here and it was absolutely bad. I wanted to keratin my hair but its hood for a fee days and it turn to the first shape; also, I did it again but I dont know what products they used for me as they were really sticky and heres the photos

I never write reviews but this has to be said. A while back I went to this salon for a full hair colour, highlights and a blow dry. I was sat in the salon for over 6hours, way past closing time. I have never been so dissatisfied with the treatment I got. The lady who done my hair had no clue with what she was doing with my hair. She bleached my hair 3times trying to get rid of my old hair colour so I could go for a different shade. After the hair being bleached 3 times the lady bleached it for the 4th time for my highlights. She then said to me that she couldnt do the highlights and then just gave me a full colour. As I left from the salon late at night the colour was hard to see properly until the next day I looked so ridiculous. My hair was all multicoloured in different shades of orange, yellow, pink and red. I looked absolutely hideous. I had to cover my head as I felt so embarrassed to leave my house. I went back to the salon the next morning and told them I was not happy with the way my hair looked, and the ladies agreed that it did not look right. They then charged me a further 25 (which I shouldnt of paid) to dye my hair again and they dyed it back to the colour I initially had. So I went through all that trauma with my hair for no reason!!Since then my hair has been extremely damaged, it is so dry its just like a dolls hair as my daughter says. I was told that I need to let my hair grow for 6months. 8 months have now passed and till this day my hair has not turned back to its silky self. Whenever I wash my hair, it crimps like its been burnt. I have tried and wasted so much money on so many conditioning treatments and oils to try and rejuvenate my hair back but nothing has worked. I get so depressed looking in the mirror at myself and have lost all my confidence and I always have to cover my head till this day. I would never ever go back to this salon again as they ruined my hair.
