Nails & Beauty HQ London

Ive been going to this place for over 4 years. Yes, 4 years!!! Every single time my nails look amazing and their customer service is excellent. People stop and ask me where I get my nails done. I am going to attach few pictures so you can understand that not every review is actually accurate. And in all honesty, if I ever had to go to another nail shop Id rather not get my nails done.

Just been at this place today for shellac and I dont recommend this place for anyone. Never go back to this place again. Not good on details. Very disappointed with my nails.

Don't normally write reviews like this, but I came here to have my shellac removed and the lady (wearing glasses) completely RUINED my nails - she used the electric buffer to remove the gel and thinned them so much that my nailbeds physically hurt and then cracked a few days later and FELL OFF. My nails are completely ruined and I'll have to wait until they grow back which will take months. To add to this they charged 10 which is super expensive for this high st. Absolutely horrific service and very dirty place. I am devastated with my nails. DO NOT use (the pic below is after 1 month of coming here - they're STILL cracking). Service: Manicure
