We had the pleasure of meeting Andreas of Andreas Christodoulou Architectural Associates after a recommendation of a friend. We engaged them to obtain a rather tricky planning permission for extending a property we owned in a sensitive conservation area of North London. Following a careful pre planning assessment and a unique design we received planning permission and we are ready to proceed with the project. Due to the excellent work done so far, we proceeded with the team to prepare detail drawings and procure tenders for the work. Right from the start of this process, Andreas has been nothing but very professional and patient in explaining the various steps as we had no idea how to begin. He submitted different plans for us to pursue and even with the difficulties associated with the pandemic, he has managed to carry out the plans and answer all our queries. He has a very nice manner and we would definitely recommend him and indeed use his services again should the need arise in the future
