As the Operations Director of a nationwide MSP, we often struggled to fill the specialist skills gap. Highly Recommended, I wholeheartedly recommend Alessandra to anyone looking to recruit for IT or Telecoms staff. Ally is completely different from any other recruitment consultants that I have worked with. She takes a real interest in the People and Companies that she is hiring on behalf of, what those people are like and they type of person that is going to fit in, making sure the soft skills are covered along with the technical knowledge and experience. When you take someone into a small team it is important that they fit in. Ally will find you the right person for your team and let you know if she has any concerns at all. How refreshing when most recruitment consultants just want to over sell to both parties to earn their commission. Ally has recruited two guys for me in the last 18 months and her services have been best value, how many people can say that about IT recruitment.
