    Ive had a great experience of working with Nat. She combines a strong knowledge of the biomechanics with a passion for ensuring you understand what needs addressing, why and what you need to do to improve. Her exhaustive initial assessment plus customized workouts, which are varied to keep me motivated, have been beneficial in helping me get greater rotation and range of movement through the swing. My game has improved and Ill be working with Nat through the winter to get ready for the new season. Id highly recommend working with her if youre serious about improving your game.

    Natalie Lowe and Pro-Fit Golf Conditioning are crucial ingredients to game improvement and to enjoyment of the total golf experience. Natalie has expert knowledge of golf physiology and, importantly, she has a unique ability to translate that information into a doable fitness plan that supports your individual game. During the private assessment session Natalie identified the elements of strength and mobility that were binding up my play. There were several. Together we worked on specific groups of gym exercises designed to grant me access to those additional fields (namely, balance with power) that were within my potential, but residing just out of my reach. Each month, the new design she created was right-sized for my needs. People will want to know if the improvements were immediate. I will say this: The gains to be made largely depend on how hard you want it, and your willingness to work on it to achieve it. I worked hard at it, averaging 4-5 days a week in the gym, for 1.5 hours each day. Others may not need as much work, and if so, then God bless you. After about 3 months of dedication I have more flexibility and strength. I can stand at address in a balanced, comfortable posture. My stroke sweep is wider, velocity greater at impact, and I can maintain balance through impact and take-away. I gained distance. And I gained accuracy, too, because I am playing within an overall, enhanced fitness envelope. I play with less fatigue, and I worry less about injury; the fear of injury being the thing that can and will impair our commitment to the shot. And that is really the key. In a nutshell, with Natalie's assistance my body can commit to the shot I've designed in my head. Sound athleticism is not all it takes to hit a good golf shot every now and then. But a consistent, repeatable, good golf shot can rarely be achieved without it. Natalie knows this and she will create the right recipe for your game. Finally, my time in the program, and my access to business acumen outside of golf, has granted me the privilege to know that Natalie has a vision for her consultancy that will grow in scope and reputation. If you are a golfer who already has made the connection, intuitively or not, that game improvement will come with improving your fitness for the game, then you are ready for Pro-Fit Golf Conditioning.

    I came across Natalie through her Pro-Fit Golf Conditioning podcast. She had some great guests and, as well as the interesting topics covered, I was struck by her generosity of spirit, and her ability to make them the centre of attention rather than herself. At the same time I was in a bit of a golfing rut, and felt that some physical limitations were holding me back. While theres merit in the idea that any exercise is better than none, I liked the online assessment Natalie offered and her customised exercise recommendations that resulted from it. Programs are changed regularly, and it has been an education to find out which exercises deliver the best results. Natalie stays in regular touch without ever being intrusive, has always been very responsive and professional, and maintains has been an excellent advisor, mentor, motivator and supporter.
