        I needed a new engagement ring and wedding band, my partner needed a new wedding band. We looked high and low and couldn't find what we wanted. Went into northwest jewellers and found exactly what we wanted at fab prices. Staff were so helpful. My partner needed a size z+ ring so staff ordered 2 different sizes, said they would take a week or so to arrive in the shop.....they arrived within 2 days. Staff were super helpful when it came to my rings. I needed them made smaller, then I had to go back because they where too small (I gained weight) and they resized them again for me. Nothing was too much trouble. They even polished up my rings for me. Over all, great jewellers with great staff.

        Bought a second hand 14ct gold necklace, got what I thought was a fair price. . . Until, I tried to pawn it and found that it's not gold at all. Very disappointed
