Easicampers Manchester Airport

We had a fantastic experience with Easicampers Manchester, and would highly recommend their van/motorhome rental service. Straightforward to book our motorhome online - we did so just a couple of weeks before our trip and paid upfront in full. The descriptions/inventories of the vehicles are very detailed and informative, alongside 360 degree images of the interiors, really helping us to make our choice of motorhome (much appreciated, as we are campervan novices!) The company even phoned us prior to the pick-up to run through the details and give us additional guidance. There's also a wealth of information on the website about operating the utilities in the motorhomes, troubleshooting any issues, and even where to take your camper on an adventure! We went for the 2 berth Fiat Toleno, which was absolutely perfect for just the two of us on a short weekend trip - though we would have been comfortable in it for a week-long trip. The Toleno had everything we could have needed - comfy double bed, which could be disassembled into benches either side of a small table; fridge, gas hobs for cooking; kitchen sink for the washing up; toilet (and hidden wash basin) and shower! Of course it is all quite compact inside the motorhome, but all very functional and ingenious how it's all arranged for the best use of space. And still plenty of room for two people to move around in, without treading on each others' toes! The console for controlling the water and central heating, gas and electricity is easy to get to grips with and very user-friendly. We didn't have any issues with any of the utilities - indeed the gas seems to go a long way and the heating very quickly warms up the van. This was much appreciated as our weekend away was in winter and even then, the weather was not on our side! We were nevertheless cosy and comfortable in the Toleno, and slept very well indeed! My partner did all the driving, but he was happy with how it handled, even when throwing it around little Welsh coastal roads and hilltops! The Manchester depot is located just a short bus journey from our house, which is very convenient. They were fairly flexible with our collection time, and then even collected the van from our home on the last day of our rental - saving us the trip/bus back from the depot. The team member who met us on the collection day was a top bloke. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the motorhome, and gave us a thorough tour around and introduction to the vehicle, answering any questions we had. The motorhome was in excellent condition, clean and modern. We were altogether very pleased with the service we received from Easicampers Manchester and will most definitely be using them again in the future!

Such a brilliant experience, the camper was fully kitted out, everything explained clearly, drop off and collection was so good. The customer service was excellent, so lovely to speak to caring people and not computers. I would strongly recommend these guys as they are passionate about delivering an exceptional service.

We originally rented a motorhome from Indie Campers, but were passed on to Easicamper when Indie Campers weren't able to fulfil our booking. Easicamper were brilliant. Excellent customer service, really good communication, very friendly and a great motorhome. Thank you.

We hired an VW California for 9 nights during our visit to Wales. Our first initial contact once we arrived in Manchester was quite frustrating, First of all airport pick up and drop off were part of our booking referance. Once we arrived we followed the instructions and called the office to arrange the shuttle bus and we were instructed to take a cab on our own dime, I was shocked as we are new to this country and felt abandoned. We were using the van with our bikes we brought from Canada, so you can imagine how much luggage we would have. Once we arrived at the Depot the facility signage was very unclear as Easicampers doesnt have any signage, only the Easirent business signage. No signage or direction. Once we found the van in the lot the guy who went over the van was very clear and helpful. Everything in the van worked great besides the stove. (Which we never went through) The valve was broken, just spun freely not allowing the gas to be turned on. The rest of our trip was amazing and very enjoyable, the van was great on fuel and handled so nicely. It was nicely equipped with chairs and everything we need to keep our beers cold! Very happy overall with the van. Upon coordinating our drop off of the van things got a bit hairy again. The night before we were planning on picking up the van we got a confirmation email, which we replied our drop off time, we then got a confirmation from Easicamper that someone would be there at 9:00am to meet us there to go over the van and finalize the paperwork. We arrived early at the Depot, 8:15 am. We waited until 9:30am an no one had arrived.. I then had to call Easicampers to see whats going on. I then was told to ask the Easirent company to bring us to the airport. This felt very unprofessional as we didn't get an paper work back, the van wasn't properly inspected for possible damages and we weren't able to find out if we were just silly about the gas valve or if it was truly broken.
