Absolutely shocking customer service, rude, insulting, arrogant. No customer care what so ever, all they are interested in is taking peoples money regardless of the service they give. 2 hours late dropping off balloons to a party. Another family members party (after I warned them not to spend money in this store) and they didnt even bother turning up at all. Another time I enquired about a Xmas ballon, owner of the store didnt even look at me and all she said was NO so I walked out and vowed never to return. That was about 8 years ago. The reason this review has been written here 8 years later is because they deleted and hid my first review on their FB page. I wrote a second review in 2021 and they have only just replied to it in 2023 yet again calling me the problem with arrogant and rude remarks. Maybe JUST maybe if they are nice to people, people wouldnt write bad reviews just a thought !

Duncan is brilliant, music is always blasting, they sell all sorts from balloons to wax melts.
