WJ Kenyon Coldrooms and Commercial Refrigerators

As a funeral director, the importance of refrigeration is vital in oir business. After having searched through many companies, we decided to use Kenyon. This is due to the level of experience and quality of their products. I was extremely impressed by the knowledge, helpfulness and honesty this company provided me with. Paolo is always on hand should you have any questions. A first class service and very impressed. Would recommend without hesitation.

Purchased the ghusal equipment from WJ Kenyon about 6 years ago. From the initial meeting, to 6 years later, the guys at WJ Kenyon have been absolutely fantastic. The service, quality of goods and after care is just amazing. Never needed to call them out for any issues with equipment, besides a regular service. The staff are highly trained, and very friendly. Always willing to go the extra mile to ensure the customer is happy. Highly recommended and will continue to recommend.

Was recommended by a friend to purchase a body chamber and body washing table. The sales man seemed very knowledgable but was too pushy in order to gain a sale. He made a lot of unsubstantiated claims such as letting me the VAT off if I buy before the months end etc...I checked with other institutions around the country who has dealt with him and he had made similar sales ploys with them as well. After I said I was considering other companies to buy equipment from as this was good practice ie to get multiple quotes. The sales guy became really difficult, using emotional ploys such as I came out to you, unfairly critical of us and other companies with slurs such as you are looking for a cheap job etc. And when I finally refused, I had to block him as was been continuously pestered with unprofessional behaviour. Even then, he contacted me via email to get through to me.... I know sales are important but he and Kenyon were unprofessional and over the top. The VAT ploy ie plain lying IMO....
