        Amazing service received today from Andrew Davenport. We came to open a bank account for my mum. Andrew was so lovely, attentive and opened a bank account really quickly. We are so grateful

        My last visit to the bank was a nightmare. The customer service was appalling, and the new setup was ridiculous. To make matters worse, the music was very loud. I needed to deposit 3000 in cash into my account, but I had to wait for 12 minutes while the only staff member at the only desk chit chatted with another customer. When I finally got to deposit my cash, I was told that she couldn't take more than 1k, and I had to use the other ATMs in the branch. Unfortunately, those machines couldn't accept more than 500 at a time, so I had to make five separate transactions, wasting 20 minutes of my time. The bank's unprofessionalism was unbearable, and it felt more like a bad social club than a bank!
