Becs is an amazing teacher who holds a beautiful space for her students. Her teaching style is perfect. I have just completed a four week beginners yoga course with Becs and I would highly recommend this to anyone who would like to start on their yoga journey. Thank you so much Becs.

What a great way to spend a Saturday afternoon, doing Yin Yoga and creating intentions for the new year. Plus there was yummy vegan cake wow! Thanks Becs for another fab session.

Becs is a very knowledgeable teacher, has a calming voice and very friendly. For any level of yoga you are working at you will fit in so dont worry about going to a class or workshop, the people there are great too. I go to her classes and now a workshop and thoroughly look forward to it each week. Oh and at a workshop she makes fabulous cakes too! Would highly recommend.

I took part in a yoga retreat day and it was wonderful. Excellent blend of yin and yang yoga and a lovely lunch included ( including vegan brownies - yum ). Would thoroughly recommend

I have practised yoga, on and off, for over twenty years with various teachers but when I met Becs last year I realised I had found 'my yoga teacher'! Becs has a wonderfully calm and centred approach, always assuring you that it's 'your' practice and to take it at your own pace, and the most important aspect, for me, is the breathing: Becs gently reminds you to be aware of your breath during your practice, something other teachers mention at the beginning but never explain or express the importance of - it has enhanced my practice tremendously and I am very grateful. Recently I have attended two workshops ran by Becs which were terrific - yoga, mindfulness, meditation, delicious food, and Becs's winning smile, all aspects covered, highly recommended. Thank you Becs.
