        Well to begin with the post office is small but is satisfactory customer service. However, some parcels that are TOO LARGE ARE REQUIRED TO COLLECT FROM THE POST OFFICE WITH PROOF OF COLLECTION NOTE. Some times don't think that the post office is at fault. Sometimes I feel like the customer is to blame sometimes. Overall they haven't let me down often and I don't have a hyper expectation of a 5-star service. If you to send large parcels or packages just use a Courier service like fed ex.

        I live in Woodhall Spa so I have used this post office regularly. Largely, my experience as a customer has been to be on the receiving end of a spectrum of service ranging from indifferent to unfriendly to - an all time low today - antagonistic. Most businesses here in Woodhall are staffed with people who respond to a smile with a smile. Not here.
