Knowing that this is a local business we attempted to support today by opting to buy fence paint here instead of going to a high-street place, even though the price point is much more expensive here. However, on my travel home the supposedly sealed paint tin completely lost its top which leaked 5 liters of paint across a brand new car. Distraught I rang the store up to explain the situation, to which there was absolutely NO customer support, the advice given was to contact the paint company direct. This paint tin had obviously been tampered with and it is the responsibility of Goodwins to check their stock before it is sold to their customers. I am disappointed that there has been no apology or help offered. I wouldnt recommend going again. I was also made to feel as if this was my problem instead of the establishment taking responsibility for their items.

I came from Skegness to Woodhall Spa to fix a fence and ended up 2 screws short. Popped in to grab some screws and they gave me the 2 screws for free so I didn't have to buy a box. To some people it might not seem much but to me it says a lot about them and how they help people and aren't just there to make money. Once again thank you and merry Christmas.
