We were very impressed with the bikes, great condition and as new. Karen was extremely helpful and friendly and we quickly arranged a same day rental. We loved the Spa Trail cycle ride, beautiful scenery, fairly flat and almost traffic free, perfect!

Fantastic experience using Woodhall Spa bike hire, booked bikes for a group of 11 of us, communication was excellent from start to finish, bikes were good quality in excellent condition, delivered and collected on time. Would highly recommend!

A++ for Karen at this mobile hire shop. New electric bikes, delivered immaculately clean, were a joy to ride. Karen is very helpful indeed. So much cheaper than local competition too.

Could not recommend this company highly enough! From start to finish Karen was professional, friendly and efficient. She responded to our queries promptly via text and the price was very reasonable in comparison to local competitors. We were staying at a local holiday park and found Karen through a Google search. We have 2 very young children who we hired a trailer for on the back of my husbands bike and Karen was so fantastic with the children, very patient and made sure they had correctly fitting helmets. We decided to finish our day a little earlier than planned and on texting Karen to see if she could collect the bikes a little earlier she said shed be there in 10 mins. Total hassle free, positive experience and would 100% recommend to anyone wanting a fun day out with the family! (Bikes were also in great condition and very comfortable to ride for someone that hasnt ridden a bike in 15+ years!!)
