        I know these are hard times, but it is impossible to get any appointments or see a doctor. The online service is awful and not available for part of the day now. Online medicatication requests are irratic. Doctors and nurses are mostly great when you can see them but there is just no personal care anymore and I fear for anyone who isn't able to use the Internet.
