Not an option, but ZERO STARS. I have in the past 12 years been served by a very nice gentleman, however today was totally different. I was served by a very unhelpful, rude woman who claims to be the manager and owner (obviously not qualified in how to treat her loyal, local customers!!) She had the brass neck to call me an "Awkward Customer" simply because I found a product that she claimed they didn't have, I was really chuffed that I found it, but she was angry because she just couldn't be bothered to help. Her attitude from the get go was very negative, I am not one to complain (as anyone who knows me will tell you), but I have never been treated so badly by a sales person in my 69 years. If you enter this shop and there is a gentleman behind the counter serving you are lucky , however if you enter and it's a woman behind the counter claiming to serve, RUN.!! If I'd had the forethought to read the reviews earlier I would have known, I am not the only customer she's been rude and abrupt with.

Traditional hardware store, fully stocked with items you need or didnt know you needed. Every town should have a great store like this. Helpful and friendly staff. 10/10.
