The new app has allowed me to combine all my training details in one place. I can now schedule my training and receive reminders to ensure I stay on track whilst also collating data from my garmin watch. Along with this there are multiple programmes with easy to follow videos suitable for people who are new to training and those that are more experience. Sams knowledge and expertise in S&C have enabled me to get back to playing golf an a reasonable standard after a serious break to my wrist. If it wasnt for Sam I do not think I would be playing golf today. I am looking forward to the off season and fully committing to the training programmes over the winter as I know by trusting Sams approach it will bring serious improvements to my golf game.

I have been working with Sam for over a year now and when I first made contact I was in a dark place with the game of golf with no idea where the next step would be. Working with Sam gave me a focus, process and more importantly the desire again through his methods to become the best me I can be. I cant thank Sam for him countless hours of listening, coaching and building a clearer vision for the future. I would recommend to anyone of any standard from beginners to tour professionals. Amazing work, the best.

Sams great. Has moved me forward tremendously, firstly in addressing issues identified at screening, then gradually building my S&C with programs dedicated to me. 2 years now and the plan has had to adapt to lockdown, gym closures and zoom sessions, but always with attentiveness and fun. This guy is good.
