        Refused to be seen by the nurse because I'm not prepared to wear a mask. The same nurse seen me 4 months ago and didn't even mention about me wearing a mask! Staff behind desks don't wear masks but because they are not clinical they don't have too So much for practice what you preach! Doctor was rude slammed the door in my face. Challenged nurse she had no answers for my questions and walked away. Terrible experience. This shouldn't happen I said NO and that should be that decision should be respected. Instead told to leave and no further forward with my problems. Shame on you all!

        Made a complaint about the lack of access to a GP. Receive a stock answer from reception no appointments available. Call from practice manager today and found her obstructive and aggressive. If I dont like the service I could go elsewhere! Great customer service
