Victoria was so friendly and professional to help me find my perfect dress. The shop was tidy and the dresses are spotless. Also Victoria has a no interest payment plan to help me afford my favourite dress.

Victoria could not have been more helpful when I visited The Ivory Room, she sent me an extensive list of dresses before I visited so that she could have some waiting for me to when I arrived. I was apprehensive before I arrived but Victoria instantly made me feel at ease, she encouraged me to try on a range of different styles and was so knowledgeable when I asked any questions. Highly recommend!

Victoria was absolutely fantastic, I cannot recommend enough. She was so helpful all the way through absolutely amazing experience and the dress was just amazing so many people commented on the dress itself. Also found my daughters flower girl dress with Victoria, again could not recommend enough

Update: I just wanted to update my review now we have some wedding photos to share! Thank you so much to Victoria and and seamstress Rachel for putting together the perfect dress! It was the perfect dress to switch from day to evening with a removable bandeau top, and the bow looks amazing in the pics. Thank you so much again for all your help! (Old: Victoria was so lovely and made the whole experience of finding a dress perfect from start to finish. At 6ft 2 I was so nervous about finding a dress but she was so helpful and there were already plenty of dresses long enough which surprised me! I have just bought my dress from here for a wedding in August in 2022 and the selection and service was amazing. Definitely recommend!)

Wonderfull bridal shop. I had no idea what I wanted but with patience and good knowledge I felt at ease and comfortable. I also found My perfect dress. Cannot recommend enough amazing staff and a wonderfull place
