FotrN Woodford moorings

Lovely quiet and secluded mooring we only saw 1 person walk past with a dog, there were a few horseflies around if it's the season for them! Beware of shallow underwater hazards when close to the bank, there's a few bricks and bits of rubble sticking out from the bank. Thank you to FOTRN for providing these moorings at a very reasonable price.

Lovely mooring, quiet, peaceful and scenic. It's not as easy to get into the village as it once was, but if you're "inventive" it's just about doable to go for a pint or visit the church, etc.

A great mooring, but sadly the farmer has now fenced it in was liberal amounts of barbed wire, so it's no longer possible to walk up into Woodford.

As a new member this is my second time on this mooring. Lovely, in fact all of the moorings are great. Lovely (and useful) locations nicely presented. Anybody on a boat who is using the Nene, even if your just passing through, support this club and join.

Very tranquil mooring, took a walk to the village. Pretty village, welcoming pub the Dukes head Woodford. Not far to walk to the village store either.
