Awful experience with Wychwood. Spent a lot of money on a new kitchen. Had problems with the quality of one of the cupboards which they tried to blame us for even though their fitter fitted it. Took nearly two years to finalise snagging work. Communication from them is atrocious. Had to chase constantly to get any response from them. They ignore emails and calls. Customer service is absolutely shocking for a small local company who pride themselves on local reputation. We were looking originally to have them do more work for us in our study, the quote never materialised. Its disappointing supporting a local business has backfired but I cannot stress enough what a poor experience dealing with this company has been. After spending over 40k we withheld 700 we owed them to try and get a resolution yet were threatened with being taken to court for non payment even though we still had issues they had not responded to. Avoid this company at all costs. Unethical, unprofessional, out of their depth, uncommunicative, and not at all interested in the customer. Spend your money elsewhere. Only giving one star as theres no option to give zero.

what a great company .They have designed and fitted a kitchen for us . it is by far the best quality i have seen, it will last a lifetime . I wish i could leave a six star review .

Really disappointing customer service and response to requesting a quotation. I sent in plans for a new kitchen, was informed they had received it only when I chased it. No acknowledgement email or call to say its being dealt with. It takes no time at all to keep your potential customers who are willing to spend a lot of money on their kitchen informed.
