Woodford Trailers

Just recently collected a brand new 18ft flat bed with tilt, elec winch, strap box and additional tie downs. This is my third Woodford trailer now after upgrading my first then replacing a second which was unfortunately stolen. I wouldn't go for any other manufacturer now or in the future. They tow an absolute dream, are built well, and the customer service is second to none. Replacement and repair parts are available at reasonable cost and the team are always happy to help.

Disgusting company, only interested in money! Paid 2,500 for a trailer that sea-saws and is very uncomfortable to tow. Told to take it back and they would look at it. (7hr round trip and 70 diesel) The technician/owner jacked it up, spun wheels round and informed us the wheels are round! Then admitted it would tow better with extra weight a the front. I asked what the solution was, he said we can weld more plate on but you have to pay. When I said I wasnt happy, we have a trailer thats not fit for purpose, he blamed the tow bar, then blamed the motorhome.

Jolanta does have a way with words, however she is very knowledgeable & is straight to the point. I had a warranty claim with my tilt bed, she had new parts sent to me the next day. Proper customer service! Thank you very much.

We bought our Woodford galaxy enclosed 2nd hand and have been over the moon with how it carries its load. It always gets complimented on how smart it looks. The customer service you get from the lady in the office is brilliant, I have rung up for advice on the trailer or ordered parts over the phone.
