CJ Bookkeeping has been excellent for our small charity. Clare and the team are always helpful and during Covid really went the extra mile to produce guides that helped people through. Also for those who are new to payroll (like me) Clare and the team are unstintingly helpful and I couldn't imagine running the organisation without them.

In my experience Clare and Jo have been extremely quick to respond to any queries I have had, offering a professional service, yet taking a personal interest at the same time, enabling them to guide me through issues with my best interest in mind. As a business that has had to adapt to 2020 and all its changes it has been so reassuring to have CJ Bookkeeping looking after my payroll. The year has brought many challenges that could have been a real problem when looking after my staff, but I have not had to worry at all. Every change from the Government has been dealt with by you and your team in a truly clear and professional manner that has allowed me to keep focused on doing my job. I receive regular updates on how the changes may impact my decisions and when needed you have taken the time to explain things on the phone to me. CJ Bookkeeping also use a great online portal where I have been able to go on, digitally sign the required paperwork and download our payslips, check my NI and pension numbers, its so easy. I contacted Clare recently to inquire about CJ Bookeeping taking on the managing of our payables, receivables and bank account. These have been managed manually in house. I was so impressed with her knowledge of Xero and her ability to explain how things would work. She had a set of easy questions that she asked me and based on my responses was able to produce a quote very quickly. She emailed me the quote and I was able to see exactly what services were included. And the quote was much less than I expected! I cant wait to work with Clare.
