I have just been on the phone to these lovely people and they very kindly took a lot of time and effort checking some service history of a car I was potentially going to buy. Not only did they go to great efforts to help, they went though all their records and could find no record of this particular car so potentially saved me from a huge car scam. It really appreciated it - thank you again

Very helpful. MOT done at very short notice. We also use Stanrod for MOT's on our motorhome.

I have used this garage many times and they are friendly and good mechanics. They have let me down recently by not providing requested information for a warranty claim, for which they had diagnosed the fault. I chased several times for the information and then they phoned me more than 30 days after I requested the information to say they could not get the necessary vw part from their suppliers and my claim was out of time with the warranty company, and they wont budge on their terms. Zero stars for admin and paperwork.
