Exceptional service, very much focused on the customer's needs and satisfaction. We bought a used car from here about 4 months ago and were impressed by Franco's "no pressure, get it absolutely right" attitude. Franco clearly takes pride in his pre-sale mechanical attention to his cars and also in his aftercare: he was really helpful in dealing with various minor problems that we noticed after having the car for a while. I recommend this gentleman unreservedly.

Franco and his work colleague could not have been nicer. My car was written off and I had quite a few nerves about driving a new car but he was so patient with me. I trusted him straight away, hed come recommend from friends and Im so thankful for all he did.

We went to Fairlands to help a family we are hosting from Ukraine to buy a car. From the first contact with Franco, the whole experience was first class. He has a knack of findng the right distance between being there to help, guide and answer your questions without pressuring you to buy by sitting on your shoulder. During the sales process he was compassionate to my family's plight and we settled on a fair price for the car. The car we settled on, needed some things fixing but Franco himself highlighted these to us and made sure that they were all fixed before we took possession of the car. He kept us fully informed during the period before the car was ready to collect and his after sales service in terms of checking on the car (and the family) has been great. Could not fault him for the whole process. So if you are looking for a used car and are not sure about whether you can find somewhere that will listen to what you need, have an open and honest discussion about the car and price and that will stay with you after the sale to make sure that you're fully satisfied then go here ! He does recognise that his reputation is what gets him business and keep him in business and he will go further than a lot of the main dealerships.
