        After searching and researching a lot of other companies I decided to go with Orchid of Siam. My primary reasons for doing so was that they are qualified in their field, provide a highly professional service and have a UK and BKK office. The team made every effort to deal with any questions and queries we had and provided consistent up to date and accurate advice. Our application was successful and I would highly recommend.

        If I could give you zero I would tbh. As I have used this company before and that time to be fair they were very good I obviously thought to use them for my wifes sons application to join her in the UK. Admittedly the contact we had was at the Brighton Thai Festival but after gleaning limited information from us and treating us in a very offhand way we were told it was impossible for him to get a visa to join us. WELL his indefinite leave to remain was granted yesterday, I did the application myself with some advice from a Thai visa company. So my advice is by all means seek their advice BUT dont take their opinion as gospel and do your own research too. So very disappointed in Tony and sincerely hope we are an isolated case!! Ps They never refused to deal with me this is just a way of deflecting the review instead of accepting their poor treatment of a previous and potential client!! Make of this what you will
