Elective Orthopaedic Centre

I had hip resurfacing at SWLEOC last week by Mr Radha and was blown away by the level of care I recieved. From the moment I arrived, I was treated by friendly staff who did all they could to put me at ease and genuinely cared about my wellbeing. Each and every member of staff I came into contact with was a credit to the NHS and I can't thank them enough.

I cannot praise the staff and helpers who keep this unit running to such a high standard. The nurses Tess, Marjorie and the others who looked after me. Mariane who brought the trolly around with beverages and food. The nurses were there whenever needed. I thank you very much for your care and help.

We would like to recommend this hospital and staffs who excelled in their work and customer service especially Rebecca the physiotherapist who did an excellent job with my husband Bharat Gandhi on 9/6/22. The second person who excelled was Dr Hussain and also the whole team of operating theatre. Please keep up the good work. Also the excellent work of the surgeon Mr Fadil Kashif. The recovery was swift and waiting to get second knee done by him as well.

Had tennis elbow surgery- amazing experience from the receptionists upwards Nurses and health care assistant were outstanding in their care physiotherapist brilliant Surgeon was friendly and informative Couldnt rate the experience more highly , a huge credit to our NHS despite the pressure from the huge pandemic backlog - special thanks to the absolutely lovely nurse who took time to walk me to my lift home
