This dentist absolutely amazing. Always very helpful and so friendly. In particular Pawarin, she is so lovely and always makes me feel comfortable, she seems to genuinely care and is very good at what she does. Would definitely recommend!!

I used to have great service and dental care from the team here. I recently noticed some hardened plaque forming around certain hard to reach areas and called up to book an appointment. I was told by the lady who answered my call that I have not been to see them since 2017 (Ive had no need to visit???) and that they would be unable to see me as a NHS patient. I was offered the option of private care. I find this absolutely shocking; if I didnt go to my GP for 5 years then booked an appointment he would be happy that Ive not had any issues that needed treatment for 5 years! I was told to go find another practice. Whats the point of paying national insurance contributions to be turned away by my own dentists???

I have had the same experience as one of the other reviews on here. Having had a good experience with this dentist before I registered my whole family with the practice some years ago however today I called for my daughter to have an appointment and was told that they couldnt see her as she hadnt had a checkup for a while. I was also told she could no longer be seen as an NHS PATIENT, this is now NHS policy and they were full to there capacity. This is shocking! Natasha offered a booking for a fee of 80 fee! I asked if they had sent a letter / Email to let us know that this would happen and Natasha, who says she is also the manageress explained they didnt have to do that. It seems customer care and professional courtesy really isnt a thing to be concerned about, Im sure if I conducted my business in this way it wouldnt last five minutes, however Im not a dentist and dont take my clients for granted

We have received excellent treatment from this dental practise for many years. The dentists, the hygienist, the nurses and the reception team. I highly recommend them.
