Very helpful with our woodworm issue with the snapshot survey, Dean identified that it was active woodworm and asked to be sent the room size measurements for a quote and because it was only a small area we was advised to self treat as it would be cheaper, the company was very professional and quick to reply from start to finish. We would definitely recommend them and we would use them in the future if needed.

An appointment was fixed in reasonable time to come and assess our damp issues. Dean arrived punctually and made a thorough investigation, answering the questions we had with obvious expertise and depth of experience. A report followed very quickly with clear recommendations about managing the problem. There was no pressure to use the company's services when we decided to wait for other building works to be completed before the remedial work which will, most likely, be needed. An altogether excellent service.

Dean and the entirety of his team are very professional, I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them. Dean is very trustworthy which I think goes a long way in this industry. We had about six different professionals out to our house over two years- most scratched their heads. Dean confidently and quickly identified the issue and sent his team to damp proof our bedroom. The amount of sleepless nights this room has caused us has been unreal. The damp proofers (Grandson and Grandad) were very efficient and clean, they covered the carpet on the stairs too. The boarding was neat as was their work. They were very polite and I trusted them in my home. If wed called South east timber sooner we could have avoided this. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this company- I will 100% use again if I need to in future.

It was a pleasure to talk about our Oast House conversion with somebody who is so knowledgeable about older properties and professional in their approach.
