I find it incredibly lucky to have been introduced to Jade Mitchell who worked so hard in getting me a clinic to work as a veterinary care assistant. As a vet from Ghana, I have no accreditation from the royal veterinary college to practice in the UK until I pass my rcvs exams. I therefore started to look out for a job in a clinic where I could get close to the action and also familiarize myself with the approach to cases here in the UK. After months of rejection through personal application and other agencies I had close to little hope when sending my cv over to her to get me a placement but she constantly reassured me of finding something for me. She kept calling at the start of every week to give a quick update to where things are and always reassured me everything will be alright. She finally found a practice for me and I am glad to say I will be starting my journey to be a vet in the UK very soon. Special thank you to Jade and everyone at GVC

I have dealt with the vast majority of the vet agencies covering my part of England and can wholeheartedly recommend GVC above all of them. My agent, Emma Pring manages my availability and bookings with such efficiency that I havent needed to look for my locum work anywhere else since our initial chat about 2 months ago. She keeps me updated throughout the week and shares spreadsheets to make certain we are on the same page, so I am never left wondering if I am missing an opportunity. She is a delight to do business with. With Emma alone I am currently booked 2 months ahead!

Nothing but a good experience with GVC and especially Emma Pring who I have been dealing with.. always on the end of the phone if i need her. Has found me the perfect practice to locum at. And also messaged me on my first day pre shift to wish me luck.

Referred through a friend/ colleague to start my locuming journey, Emma rang me and had a chat about what available days and times i could work and set to work straight away on finding practices throughout this whole process and even to placement the support and guidance has been there. No matter what time of the day or at the weekend, Emma always replies to my questions I have! I would 100% recommend GVC and have even referred other friends/ colleagues to them to start their locuming journeys! Very happy to have such support behind me on my new venture!
