Have been very kind and supportive for the most part, which, particularly given the pressure and constraints they must be working with, I am incredibly grateful for.

I have to say how very grateful I am to the staff and the Dr that so kindly seen my husband during our stay near by when he was taken poorly during our holiday. Briefly we rang 111 during the evening of the day before we were seen here and eventually sent to the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital at 1.15am to be totally ignored by the staff there and to sit for about 3 hours and the wait time increased to 10hrs before being seen, needless to say we left the hospital and after a bad night I rang to ask if there was anyone who could see my husband as a temporary patient, I was told to bring him in and within 1 hour he had been seen diagnosed and given anti biotics which he so badly needed. We have now returned home and my husband is now so much better and we both feel that it is thanks to the care and help he was given by everyone at this surgery, considering the 111 Dr told us he would have sepis by the morning if we weren't seen I cannot express my gratitude to you all enough. SO THANK YOU EVERYONE xxx
