So far so good! We have been renting through this agency for a month and all has been well. Any problems we found when we moved in were soon rectified and all in a couple days, so there was no having to wait for days and days on end to get different problems fixed. Would definitely use this agency again, Robyn who we deal with has been nothing but professional and easily approachable.

SBC have been managing my property in Exeter for over a decade now and the contrast with the shoddy rental agency they took over from could not be greater. I have absolute confidence in their professionalism and judgment and cannot recommend them more highly. Sue, James and Robyn are all highly approachable and are an excellent team offering faultless, honest service with a nice personal touch. We have never met in person yet I consider them friends. I know my property is being well looked after, and at fair and competitive rates. My only regret is that I did not know about SBC earlier. If you want reliability and peace of mind: go with SBC!

SBC recently helped us to sell our old house and find a new beautiful home for our growing family. They have also helped us with finding tenants for our but to let. On every occasion they have been superb. Their help and advice has been outstanding and even when faced with unforeseen challenges, as we were with our recent purchase, they remained focused and helped us find pragmatic solutions. I have recommended them to family and friends on a number of occasions, all of which were more than satisfied.
