        Very helpful staff, went above and beyond what I would expect. Great options for fabrics and type of futon, plus fast ordering and very good communication. They arranged and explained delivery process very quickly after the order, making sure the dates were good for us. Ordered a pocket sprung futon, everyone in the house thinks its very comfy, and it is much better than our old futon ever was.

        I had an awful experience with Cambridge Futons and will never be buying from them again. I ordered a futon online which went mouldy about two weeks after it arrived - the mould exposure incurred made my partner and I ill for weeks after. Customer service was appalling - I was given no reimbursement of any kind or help at all even though all care instructions had been followed carefully. I wouldnt recommend any of these mattresses unfortunately. It is a shame because the premise is excellent, but they shouldnt go mouldy after two weeks especially with the ridiculous amount of money I spent and wasted on this. Its shameful.

        This is the second futon I have bought from Cambridge futons. The communication is great, emailing me to ask what date I want delivery. I ordered an extra futon cover by mistake and was able to return it no problem. The quality and finish of the futon is excellent. I did a lot of research on companies before choosing this one and I definitely made the right decision. A very positive experience.

        I've just purchased a futon mattress from Cambridge Futons. The quality is exceptional. The customer service was excellent and the delivery was prompt and easy. I'm so pleased with the service that I wont look anywhere else now. I've had bad experiences from other companies and the whole process with Cambridge Futons was great. If I need anything new i'll be checking here first as they have good quality products.
