Super customer service. Ordered online for youngsters birthday clothes and toy guns. Due to HGV problems one item was delayed. Sean shipped all items with a substitute on 24 hour to ensure delivery.in the event the delayed item became available and was also shipped 24 hour delivery. For once, a company that just get's it right every time! I first ordered a few years ago and was very pleasantly surprised at just how great the quality of the trousers and jacket were. Really weighty material and have absolutely stood the test of time, with many many forays into undergrowth, streams, den building and general messing about in the mud! The biggest compliment I can give though, is around the customer service. Ninja quick dispatch of goods and brilliant communication. Considering how many firms have just dumbed down their service because of Covid, Kids Army Shop have just continued to deliver! And a final note....the price of the products is fair, and offers great value. My son is about to grow beyond your biggest size but I will continue to recommend your site to anyone with an outdoorsy child!

Just discovered this site absolutely 1st class service postage and vat obviously makes the purchase more expensive but overall very pleased with my purchases good quality goods and great variety would highly recommend.
